Several local Chinese media reports said that two people died and three were injured in the accident.

This tragedy occurred in Guangdong province, in the south of the country, and according to Jimu News, a motorcyclist and a schoolgirl died in it.

Tesla said last Sunday (14) that it would cooperate with local police in investigating the crash.

But Tesla says the videos show the car’s brake lights weren’t on, which could mean the driver didn’t act in time and hit the car’s brakes during the incident.
