In any case, natural caution has been dulled. However, there are not only polite and law-abiding drivers on the road.
Unfortunately, the number of outcasts who ignore the general rules of behavior behind the wheel has not fundamentally decreased. And they ignore or do not pay attention to the behavior of other cars and try to prove their skills. And without slowing down, they pass what they think is an empty intersection or transition.
