But the fact is that in calendar months there are different number of days: 30 and 31. And in February there are 28 or 29.
That is why the cabinet amendment proposes to consider the statute of limitations not in the form of 2 and 3 months, but in the form of 60 and 90 days. The draft law also stipulates that when the end of the liability period falls on a calendar day off, the first working day following this is considered to be the actual day of the end of this period.
