This is how European “cars” avoid being sent to the trash and replenish our rapidly aging fleet in the form of “grey” imports.

So, thanks to insane European officials, such sloppy-gray imports from Europe can improve the situation in the impoverished domestic car market for the better. Only questions about high import duties, warranties and spare parts remain. But China and India will most likely help us with the latter…
