In the sector of crossovers and SUVs, LADA 4×4 became the absolute leader, taking 7.9% of the market. The model is bought on average for 230,000 in the strengthened Russian currency. The second position was secured by Chevrolet Niva (4.8%), and the third – by the Korean SUV Kia Sportage (3.4%).
Finally, class D was suppressed by the German Volkswagen Passat, whose share of sales in the segment was 11.5% and the average cost was 300,000 rubles. This is followed by the Bavarian BMW 3-series sedan with a percentage of 7.1% and the Japanese Mazda 6, which managed to bite off 6.3%.
Meanwhile, the demand for used foreign cars with an average price of 2,000,000 rubles is actively growing. The Japanese Toyota Camry turned out to be the undisputed sales leader in this price range, with almost 6% of the total sales volume. The second most popular crossover was the Toyota RAV4 crossover, with the Kia Sportage closing out the top three.
A much more curious arrangement in the used car segment for 1,500,000 rubles. The Avtogazlyad portal found out which cars the Russians buy and meet the allocated budget.
