It’s curious, but we learned about the start of sales of the first model of the unexpectedly resurrected primitive Russian brand Moskvich not from representatives of the brand, but from dealers. In addition, the timing of the appearance of cars is constantly shifting, despite the fact that the former Renault factory captivates these cars every day.

At first we were promised “Moskvich 3”, created under the blueprint of the Chinese JAC, in December, then in January, now it was announced no earlier than March. At the same time, cars are in showrooms, albeit not in branded branded cars, but in areas saddened by the “freezing” of other brands in our market. No, you can buy a car! The pre-order table is already open. And from March 1, according to the “threats” of the managers of several car dealerships, the official start of sales will be launched, but not at the suggested retail price, but at the price announced by the dealer. Simply put, the model will be more expensive than it is now.

We don’t know if this is really the case, although given the fever in the market and sellers obscenely inflating prices, there is a possibility. On the other hand, sellers can simply speculate on the situation so that the customer can make a purchase faster. Be that as it may, and if you want to buy a car, you can drive it directly from the dealer. In other words, you don’t have to wait a month or two for the car to be delivered off the assembly line.

The fact remains: for 1,970,000 rubles you can become the owner of a Moskvich with a manual transmission, and for a variator the surcharge is 65,000 rubles. In any case, it is exactly 2,035,000 “wooden” and no more rubles that you have to pay when choosing a car at Rolf DC.

But in Avtomir they asked 2,150,000 rubles for the “two pedals” option, and also recommended waiting a few weeks in the hope that Moskvich 3 will still be included in the state program of preferential loans, which means a discount of up to 25%. But unfortunately they could not answer us how the amount, which exceeds the two million set by the state, will be “overlapped”. Incidentally, Avilon even reported that one should not hope for state aid. If it works out in relation to Moskvich, then not until the summer of 2023. In general, take it now, before the price rises.

You still have to pay extra for the model, because no one will sell you a car without comprehensive insurance. If we count completely, then 65,000 rubles will be added to the final price. And if you choose the option with a 15,000th franchise, the amount will be 45,000 more than the last.

As for the trade-in, in Avtomir our ten-year-old Hyundai Santa Fe with diesel engine and all-wheel drive was valued at 650,000 rubles, while in the same Rolf they offered 100,000 less. When on the market, such a car can be sold independently for at least 750,000 reinforced Russian banknotes. But on the other hand, such a scheme at the dealer implies an additional discount of 70,000 to 100,000 rubles. Plus or minus – that’s what it will do.

But when calculating a loan, the most humane option, taking into account bonuses and discounts, will cost 40,000 rubles more than a cash purchase. Yes, not much more: for people who do not have “living” money, the offer is very tempting. At the same time, as with the state aid program, it is possible to prepay the loan – depending on the chosen bank – already 1-3 months after purchasing the car. True, subject to an initial payment of 20% of the total cost of Moskvich.

There is also an extra warranty that is valid for two years after the end of the three-year manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, the customer is offered a roadside assistance card and life insurance. And those 40,000 rubles of the difference are compensated with gifts from the dealer, which include rubber floor mats, a protective grille mesh, a set of “rubber” and even a heating function for the front seats. If anyone is not aware, then in Moskvich 3 such an option is completely absent – regardless of the configuration. However, you can order it separately, for which the dealer will ask for an additional day of time and 25,000 rubles. No additional equipment, which artificially inflates the price, is not imposed in car dealerships! At least for now.

Full of colors – to choose from: black, white, gray, red, turquoise. Admittedly, the cars are scattered across various showrooms or gathering dust in dealership backyards. However, in case of interest, they will take you where you need to, they will show and tell you everything.

Unfortunately, a customer’s test drive is not practiced. Again temporary. Apparently, potential buyers will get such an opportunity, but in March. Meanwhile, you have to choose with your eyes, while drinking coffee or tea carefully prepared by the employees of the car dealership. It must be admitted that even the sellers of some premium brands do not all offer hot drinks or even water to their customers. Well, the dealers in Moskvich, China, certainly earned their “likes”…
