And on that basis, he canceled the fine against the girl, restoring justice. One can only envy the sanity of the Tyumen servants of Themis. A metropolitan car owner is unlikely to win such a lawsuit.

In Russia, of course, there is no jurisprudence. Nevertheless, the ruling of the Tyumen Court can now be used in cassation proceedings. Over time, the practice of positively appealing against such fines may increase – following the “a drop wears a stone” principle. I note that Moscow’s law enforcement practice on parking fines is aimed at severely suppressing any will to seek justice on the part of car owners. Everything is arranged in such a way that it is made as difficult as possible for people to appeal against such fines and thus demotivates citizens to stand up for their legal rights.
