Today we’re sharing with you the unboxing and our first impressions of the Galaxy S23 Ultra, the premium mobile phone that Samsung launched earlier this month in San Francisco. Galaxy S23 Ultra highlights include a new 200MP sensor, a 5000mAh battery and a Dual Pixel autofocus front camera for faster selfies in everyday life. It gets a nice performance boost thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 For Galaxy processor specially designed for the Samsung phone, in addition to the 12GB RAM and 1TB storage versions.

In this video, in addition to showing what’s included with Samsung’s new flagship, we drove around Florianopolis to take pictures day and night, testing the device’s different cameras in different scenarios. In low light, against the sun, in the rain, the device has been put to the test and we bring our first impressions of the successor to the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Does evolution justify changing the top model from 2022 to 2023?

Some features have been retained. The design of both devices is very similar and the S23 Ultra continues to use the latest technology. On the surface, this looks like an evolution of a lineup that delivers longer battery life and better photos, especially at night, as Nightography, Samsung’s combination of technology and sensors, continues to evolve with more options and flexibility.

The S Pen continues to evoke nostalgia for fans of the extinct Galaxy Note line, while also delivering more productivity with a few cool features like signing documents, creating digital notes, or even remotely controlling a cell phone camera.
