The first model of the “Milky Way” will be an electric sedan, the name of which has not yet been announced. So far, only teasers of the “firstborn” have been presented to the public. Of the technical characteristics of the electric car, only the length of the body is currently known – about 4900 mm. The official presentation of Melkweg is scheduled for February 23.

Recall that in Geely’s electric vehicle portfolio, in addition to European brands and the Smart brand together with Daimler, there is a group of Chinese brands, consisting of the budget Livan; Geometry (specializing in the production of mass compact models); Milky Way (will focus on medium vehicle production); Zeekr (plays in the premium segment) and Radar, whose niche is recreational vehicles

As for the Galaxy, according to the AvtoVzglyad portal, the issue of the emergence of the Galaxy in the Russian market is not even considered by the management of Geely in the near future.
