That is not surprising, however: the city council has introduced paid parking almost everywhere in the city, without additional parking spaces. By the way, according to the survey results, only 6% of motorists never encounter parking problems.

Almost half of Muscovites spend about five minutes looking for a free place, 47% – up to 15 minutes, 2% – about half an hour. But residents of the Mother See are not planning to acquire parking spaces en masse. Only every eighth car owner is willing to buy a personal parking space.
