Initially, it was assumed that the renewed LADA Granta would not reach the assembly line until 2024. However, during the ceremonial restart of Vesta in NG in Togliatti, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Denis Manturov, announced new dates: according to him, the refreshed state employee will be before the end of 2023.

The upcoming LADA Granta update only implies cosmetic changes to the exterior and interior. As AvtoVAZ president Maxim Sokolov said earlier, this model will become more modern and attractive to the youth audience. The restyled “Grant” will boast not only a fresh design, but also an affordable price, which should remain at the same level, as well as new options. Which exactly, however, is still unclear.

As it turned out, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Denis Manturov, has already received the updated LADA Granta. Speaking at an event dedicated to Vesta’s relaunch, he did not share his impressions with reporters, but said the refreshed state employee would be released by the end of this year. Like: “the state will help, together we will overcome all difficulties.”

By the way, at the same time, at the end of the year, AvtoVAZ plans to release the first experimental batch of e-Largus, the only truly Russian electric car, as Maxim Sokolov said. And more about the fate of the “battery” and gasoline “Largus” can be found here.
