Asphalt concrete has already started laying on the main route near the village of Staroe Annino. During the first day, road workers laid 1,580 tons of asphalt mix and with an increase in volumes, it is planned to lay 4,000 tons daily.
In 2022, about 640,000 tons of the mixture will go here. Currently, the top layer of the base is being laid, for the device of which the asphalt concrete mix SP 32-E is used, which is designed for extreme loads.
Ultimately, the road builders plan to get a coating that will resist rutting, crack networks and fatigue fracture. This makes it possible to achieve the longest possible service life of the road, so that Stakhanov’s methods should not affect the quality of the highway under construction.
