In addition to Nokian Tiers LLC’s factory, Hakka Invest LLC, which leases and manages Nokian Tires’ real estate in Russia, also came under its control.

It is known that the Finns hoped to get 400 million euros from the sale of their Russian assets, but they did not succeed – the oilmen paid only 285 million euros.

But the Vsevolozhsk plant was considered the largest and most modern Nokian Tires enterprise. It was aimed at the supply of tires and European markets. The company has 14 production lines and is designed to produce up to 17 million tires per year.

According to previously published estimates, the cessation of supply of Nokian tires from Russia will very regrettably affect the brand’s sales in the next 2-3 years. This will particularly affect the Central Europe region.
