The legendary Italian sports car manufacturer has launched a recall of more than 10,000 Ferraris. The reason for the service campaign was the risk of leakage of brake fluid. Here you have “luxury” and manual assembly! Unfortunately and ah, but on such a car the trip can be the last.
The recall affected the 458 Italia, 458 Speciale, 458 Speciale A, 458 Spider, 488 GTB and 488 Spider models produced between March 2009 and March 2019. Admittedly, we are only talking about the Chinese and North American markets.
As for the Russian users of the mentioned cars, it will of course not be superfluous to check the presence of brake fluid before the trip.
Recall that Ferrari, and therefore Lamborghini, has stopped deliveries of their supercars to Russia because of the sanctions imposed. Car assembly for our customers has been suspended “until further notice”.
Meanwhile, the AvtoVzglyad portal compared the overheated Ferrari 488 and Lamborghini Huracan on the track. The results were admittedly extremely surprising: more details – here.
