In addition, they repaired about 20 light fittings, renewed the tiles in the toilets and repaired the faucets, and repaired the fixings for the soap dispensers. Previously, employees of welding production, assembly and delivery of cars have carried out a cosmetic repair to the entrance complex on their own initiative.
And some time ago, a new wheel assembly department was organized within the plant: it is equipped on the site of the former woodworking workshop, which turned out to be no longer necessary for the enterprise. Tire and balancing machines and some household equipment appeared here.
Such a strange management policy can land the SUV manufacturer in big trouble. After all, all this suggests that employees are not engaged in their main activities, which include improving the quality of products, but create their own working conditions.
