Tin has many advantages. It is strong and ductile, therefore it guarantees a strong mechanical bond and, of course, does not crack under load. And the material also strengthens the metal, which is weakened after removing the “saffron milk mushrooms” and processing dents.

Tinning can save a lot of money, for example if the glass frames are affected by deep rust. In such cases, it is advisable to replace the entire door, which is expensive. But to build up a metal layer with tin and at the same time maintain the desired stiffness is much cheaper. They also “treat” the body pillars, preventing the car owner’s family budget from collapsing.

And if a spotter was used during the repair, which is necessary to correct deep damage, then through holes appear in the body. Also the best option would be to weld tin on the zone. And only then the master takes up the putty. As a result, the geometry is restored and the strength of the entire structure inspires confidence. Therefore, the work does not have to be redone in two or three years.
