Sergei Mironov, chairman of the Just Russia – For Truth party, called on the Cabinet of Ministers to reverse such a decision. In addition: benefits for large families and the disabled, and completely exempt from paying for driving on the “payers” of car tourists during the high season.

– Pensioners, people with disabilities, large families should have the right to travel for free on toll roads. Otherwise, they will simply not be able to meet the draconian tariffs, and this will once again become a clear manifestation of the sharpest property inequality that divides the country,” the delegate said.

The measure proposed by the parliamentarian must in any case be introduced temporarily.

– Against the background of the fare increases, traveling on toll roads will already be comparable to the cost of a plane ticket! It is necessary to encourage domestic tourism and not suppress it with extortions. To do this, it is necessary at least temporarily, until the resumption of air traffic, to cancel the fare for our citizens traveling by car to Russian resorts, summed up Sergey Mironov.
