A Chevrolet announced changes to Onyx for the 2024 lineup, which include price adjustments (getting more expensive) and minor changes to accessory packages. The manufacturer said that prices for compact hatches will increase by 2.2-4.5%, while Onyx Plusthat is, a sedan, will increase its value by 0.5–4.4%.
In exact numbers, the naturally aspirated 1.0 with manual transmission will cost from R$82,490 to R$84,390, while the turbocharged 1.0 will go from R$93,690 to R$97,890. Considered the best in the lineup, only the 1.0 Turbo Premier AT has not changed its selling price, which remains at R$112,890.
The upgrades to prices and accessory packages are part of Chevrolet’s strategy to remain competitive in the automotive market by offering consumers upgraded vehicles with more technology.
In terms of accessories, Chevrolet hasn’t announced major changes to the car’s components, but rather that models like the LT, an intermediate variant, will once again offer the full package, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and a rearview camera. This applies to both versions of the aforementioned car – the hatchback and the sedan – priced at R$91,690 and R$96,390 respectively.
