The AvtoVzglyad portal launched a survey among its audience to find out whether our compatriots are ready to switch to Iranian-made cars designed to surpass the Russian LADA model. The results of the study were quite interesting.
More than 2,500 people took part in the survey, and more than half of the respondents – 52% – said they would be willing to buy an Iranian passenger car if it turns out to cost no more than 1,000,000 rubles. Nearly 1,300 study participants responded in this way.
Just over 300 people (13%) agreed to buy a car from Iran, with a price tag of up to 1,500,000 rubles. And 36% of the respondents – almost 900 people – answered that they would never switch to these cars, because they are outdated.
But even without Iranian handicrafts, the Russian market is full of various offers. And most of them are Chinese. That’s just cheaper than 2,000,000 rubles to find a new foreign car that does not work. It seems that our compatriots will continue to drive en masse on native Russian products of the LADA system. It’s good that they at least added quality, but at the same time became heavier in price.
