As you know, you cannot please everyone. With Avtodor building the M12 motorway at record speed, this project is suddenly facing a huge army of critics. And this is not at all that layer of Russians who like to repeat the mantra “let them drive on their own toll roads”. Now drivers are dissatisfied with the grandiose construction, which should kill car suspensions on roads interrupted by heavy trucks serving the mega project.

In fact, enough claims have accumulated against the builders of the M12 motorway. Head: Dump truck drivers are downright unsafe. They try to make as many flights as possible, so that they exceed all conceivable speed limits. A loaded truck hurtling through a settlement at a speed of “one hundred” has long been a familiar sight …

The rear driver’s brothers don’t give a damn about other points of the traffic rules. So it’s not at all surprising that Avtodor contractor helmsmen regularly become heroes of various accidents, including highly high-profile incidents.

For example, in April, heavy trucks twice (!) disabled passenger buses carrying passengers along the Vladimir-Raduzhny route. Before that, dump trucks, whose drivers forgot to lower their bodies, repeatedly hit pedestrian crossings on the M7 Volga highway…

The second allegation concerns the appalling state of regional and federal roads that have been destroyed by trucks. For example, in the city of Pokrov, Vladimir region, the local traffic police even opened an administrative case: for potholes on the streets of the city, the Pokrov administration is fined from 200,000 to 400,000 rubles.

The road surface in the pokrovskie streets of Gerasimov and Stolverk was destroyed by the equipment of Stroytransgaz JSC. At the same time, the main contractor acknowledged the problem and therefore promised to repair the roads before May 1 … But he did nothing.

As a result, the city council revoked the permit for the passage of Stroytransgaz cars, although car access is vital to the operation of two asphalt concrete plants. After that, company representatives promised to start repairing roads on May 5.

In other regions the situation is less, but also tense. People are annoyed by raging trucks and broken roads … But there is nowhere to go: a record amount of equipment is involved in the construction of the Moscow-Kazan highway, and therefore it is quite logical that a variety of “excesses” on the ground originate. In Russia, perhaps no major project can do without…

In any case, upon completion of construction work, all local driveways will be repaired without fail. Officials even promise that the regional routes will be better than before the start of the mega construction! For example, only in the Vladimir region, they plan to spend 5.4 billion rubles on “remedial measures”.
