Ledger to Launch Education Initiative in Sandbox Metaverse

Hardware wallet manufacturer Ledger has partnered with gaming metaverse project The Sandbox to improve the cryptocurrency literacy of its users.

Ledger’s Chief Accountant Ian Rogers said at the Non-Fungible Conference that the collaboration is about bringing security to the world of The Sandbox.

As part of the initiative, the company will provide SAND token holders with a special version of the Ledger Nano wallet.

Rogers says the firm wants to make sure users have the knowledge to properly exploit the opportunities offered by such non-custodial solutions.

“Self-confidence gives personal freedom, but it also requires responsibility. “This should be taken very seriously in order to protect this right and not lose it,” he said.

More detailed collaboration plans on Ledger promised to reveal Then.

Recall that in January Warner Music Group became a partner of The Sandbox.
