The Close Protocol project token has grown by 22.7% in the past day. NEAR’s capitalization has exceeded $12 billion.

NEAR grew 38.7% in the last 7 days and 88.3% in 30 days. The asset climbed to #16 in the CoinGecko rating, ahead of the “wrapped” bitcoin WBTC.

The coin’s growth accelerated after the news that the project had raised $350 million from a number of investors. Also, Barry Silbert tweeted that the Digital Currency Group led by NEAR is the third most valuable asset in its portfolio.

The quotes could have been positively impacted by the rumors about the launch of the USN algorithmic stablecoin. One of the users found a token reference with the corresponding ticker in the interface of the Ref Finance protocol.

Zoran Cole, founder of Zorax Capital, claimed that the launch of USN will take place on April 20. According to him, there will be a possibility to raise a coin with an annual return of ~ 20%.
