According to The Block, cryptocurrency chief Fireblocks has added support for decentralized apps and the Solana NFT ecosystem for users and developers.
“The Fireblocks web3 engine offers Solana developers the highest level of security when it comes to accessing the blockchain and app ecosystem,” said CEO Michael Shaulov.
The Solana ecosystem ranks 6th in the DeFi Llama ranking after Ethereum, Tron, BNB Chain, Avalanche, and Polygon. HE TVL 1.37 billion dollars.
Solana is second only to Ethereum in terms of NFT trading volume.
In early August, unknown persons hacked about 8,000 Solana-based wallets and pulled millions of dollars. Prior to this, there were other serious issues such as clock synchronization and prolonged outages in the cryptocurrency network.
