ASUS launched the ROG Phone 7 series worldwide last month. ROG Phone 7 and 7 Ultimate are packed with powerful hardware, and the latter also features a small secondary display, an AeroActive portal, the legendary AirTrigger, and a comprehensive cooling system underneath. Now, a month after its launch, ROG Phone 7 has undergone a durability test by JerryRigEverything.

ASUS ROG Phone 7 Ultimate endurance test

The ROG Phone 7 Ultimate endurance test begins with Zack opening the plastic window of the AeroActive cooler, which opens the AeroActive portal cover. This allows you to better see the copper fins inside the device. Then ASUS ROG Phone 7 Ultimate passes the scratch test. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, which creates scratches and deeper grooves at levels 6 and 7.

ASUS ROG Phone 7 Ultimate’s side frame is made of aluminum. It also has ultrasonic start buttons and blue buttons. The scratch test shows scratches on the side frame. After that, the game smartphone is tested by fire. Withstands fire for 30 seconds, then turns white. It is noteworthy that the screen returns to normal after the dead pixels come back.

ASUS ROG Phone 7 Ultimate finally passed the bend test. It refuses to click on either side even after significant pressure. This is good news as the ROG Phone 5 and 6 broke under pressure.
