Motorola’s new foldable flagship Moto Razr 40 Ultra goes on sale today in China with prices starting at $800. Now it’s the industry’s lowest priced flagship compact compact model, boasting not only high flagship performance but also the largest external display.
While the 3.6-inch external display is larger than the famous iPhone 4 (3.5 inches), it has a high refresh rate of 144Hz and a density of 413 pixels per inch like the internal screen, and supports PWM as well.
The external display is also compatible with major popular (in China) apps, including full-featured WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Sogou and more. If desired, the external display can be used as the main display. The main 6.9 inch OLED display supports LTPO refresh rate from 1 to 165 Hz, covers 123% of the DCI-P3 color space and 10-bit color depth.
The smartphone supports Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 single-chip system, LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 flash memory, built-in battery with a capacity of 3800 mAh, 33 W wired fast charging and 5 W wireless charging.
