On June 26, Vivo will announce the Vivo X90s smartphone in China. Many reports claimed that the device will be powered by the Dimensity 9200 Plus chipset. In other words, it is said that Vivo X90, powered by the Dimensity 9200 processor, will be an upgraded version.
Vivo X90s design
The design of the Vivo X90s is very similar to the Vivo X90, with a circular camera module, LED flash and ZEISS logo. It further enhances the “Xtreme Imagination Vivo | ZEISS co-engineering” aesthetic. While the phone comes in white and fresh blue colours, the possibility of red and black variants was not confirmed until official confirmation from the company.
Vivo X90s specs (rumors)
The remaining features of the Vivo X90s, which are expected to have new features such as the Dimensity 9200 Plus chip and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, are said to be the same as the Vivo X90. The X90s is expected to receive up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. It will run on Android 13 based on OriginOS 3.0.
The X90s will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with curved edges. It will have a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The X90s will feature a 32-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 12-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 12-megapixel (telephoto) triple camera setup. It will have a 4810mAh battery with 120W charging support.
