Notably, this information was confirmed by Jordan Golson, former editor-in-chief of MacRumors, who now works as an automotive columnist. The Ethernet-connected iPhone 15 Pro achieved a peak download speed of approximately 900 Mbps in the speed test.
Apple confirmed this information in a support document listing USB-to-Ethernet adapters as compatible with iPhone 15 models.
When the iPhone is connected to an Ethernet cable, a hidden Ethernet menu appears in the Settings app containing IP-related information and various options. It is worth adding that previous iPhones with Lightning connectors also supported Ethernet with the help of an adapter.
