The transparent Micro-LED display has so far been shown to consumers without any additional information about price or availability, but the device has attracted attention with its innovative capabilities.
Samsung introduced three versions of the display, two of which use tinted glass to hide objects behind the screen. But a third option maintaining full transparencyIt had a design similar to ordinary glass but without a frame.
Transparent micro LED displays, approximately one centimeter thick, created a unique visual experience of a “floating” display. The high pixel density of the micro-LED panel increased the clarity of the image, and viewers described the displayed content as a hologram suspended in the air.

Samsung representatives emphasized that transparent Micro-LED displays have higher brightness compared to transparent OLED panels, making them less susceptible to interference from ambient light.
Considering the high prices of Samsung’s current micro-LED TVs, at around $150,000 for the 110-inch model, we can expect transparent models to not be cheap if they appear in the near future. But the company’s move to transparent Micro-LED technology marks a significant milestone in display innovation.
