iQOO has released the Android 14 operating system update for the iQOO Neo 7 Pro model. The device receives the FunTouch OS 14 update, which is based on the latest iteration of Android. Here’s everything you need to know about software updates.

iQOO Neo 7 Pro FunTouch OS 14 Update

The Chinese smartphone maker has released a special Android 14 skin based on FunTouch OS 14 in the Indian market. The latest software update comes with firmware version PD2232BF_EX_A_14.1.6.6 and has an update size of approximately 6.33GB. With Android 14, Neo 7 Pro adds several new features, including updated clock layout style and font settings. It provides smart color conversion, smart color selection, and other forms of customization.

The update adds custom resolution when editing original quality videos and importing them into Video Editing. It even supports maximum 4K video at 60 frames per second. As a reminder, the iQOO Neo 7 Pro has a tall 6.78-inch E5 AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ and a maximum brightness of 1500 nits. There is a 50-megapixel triple camera on the back and a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front.

The company announced Neo 7 Pro last year. Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. A 5000mAh battery powers this device, which also supports 120W wired fast charging. Notably, one model of this device has a faux leather back panel, while other versions have an AG glass panel.
