HMD Global released the Android 14 update for its smartphone Nokia G42 5G, adding a number of new functions and improvements to the device. The version 2.160 update is quite large (2.68 GB) and includes Google’s December 2023 security patches.

Nokia G42 5G The device, which has a 6.56-inch HD + screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 3 protection, is supported by the Snapdragon 480+ processor and comes with two memory configurations. The phone’s camera has a 50MP primary camera and an 8MP front camera.

Additional features include a 3.5mm audio jack, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, IP52 dust and splash protection, and a variety of connectivity options. The device is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 20W fast charging support.
