It looks like Xiaomi is planning to launch a new smartphone model under the POCO brand in India soon. The device in question is the POCO X6 Neo, which is rumored to be released next month.

The news comes from tipster @saaaanjjjuuu, who shared the information on X (formerly Twitter). He said that the Chinese smartphone maker plans to launch POCO X6 Neo in the region next month. This means the release is planned for March 2024. Additionally, the tipster also revealed the key features and pricing details of the upcoming device.

This model may feature a tall 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It is reportedly powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC under the hood. Sanju claims that the new smartphone will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W wired fast charging. Other notable features include an IP54 water and dust rating and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Finally, the price of POCO X6 Neo was also announced in this tweet. This model is expected to be priced around INR 15,000 (approximately USD 180). Although the smartphone may go beyond the INR 15,000 mark as well. For those who don’t know, POCO X6 Neo is expected to be a rebrand of Redmi Note 13R Pro as both have similar model numbers.
