OnePlus is reportedly working on a new smartphone from its popular Nord series. The official name of the device is unknown, but a new leak has revealed the design of the upcoming device with new images.
The Chinese smartphone manufacturer recently launched its flagship OnePlus 12 series globally. Now, it seems likely that a new mid-range phone will also be launched soon. The news comes from a report by 91Mobiles, which shares the model number of the device as CPH2613. Unfortunately, the name of the smartphone was not mentioned in the leak, but the design hints that it could be a Nord phone.
When we look at the renders, we can see that the warning sliders are missing in the OnePlus CPH2613 model. This feature is common for high-end devices and is absent from more affordable devices. In other words, there is a possibility that it will be a successor to Nord phones like the Nord CE 3 or Nord CE 3 Lite.
The renders show a flat front and rear with rounded corners. The display has a centre-aligned notch for the selfie camera, while the back houses a vertically positioned dual camera and LED flash module in a pill-shaped module.
The report adds that there is a built-in fingerprint scanner under the screen, so we can expect a flat AMOLED display. Other notable design elements include the primary microphone, USB Type-C port, speaker grille, and SIM card tray at the bottom, while the top includes the infrared sensor, secondary microphone, and 3.5mm headphone jack.
Finally, the 91Mobiles report also shared the Camera FV5 listing, confirming a 50-megapixel primary camera on the back that supports OIS and EIS and offers f/1.8 aperture. At the same time, the selfie camera has a 16-megapixel sensor with EIS and f / 2.4 aperture.
