Xiaomi has announced the launch of a new version of the Redmi K40S smartphone in white. The version with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory is sold for $ 329, and the version with 12/256 GB is sold for $ 359.
The phone has a 6.67-inch Samsung E4 AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution support and 120 Hz refresh rate. The device runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor along with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 flash memory.
The camera has a 48-megapixel Sony IMX582 sensor along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module and a 2-megapixel macro module. The front of the device has a 20-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
The device runs Android 12 “out of the box” with its own MIUI UI on top. It is powered by a 4500mAh battery and supports fast charging with 67 watts of power.
