OnePlus is updating its OnePlus 10 Pro and 10R phones in India with the latest OxygenOS software, focusing on security and better performance.

OnePlus 10 Pro Oxygen OS 14.0.0.500

The OnePlus 10 Pro update, known as OxygenOS 14.0.0.500, includes the February 2024 Android security patch to improve the phone’s protection against vulnerabilities. It also fixes some bugs that caused apps to crash and fixes issues with the NFC feature. Users will notice improvements to the weather app and photo albums, as well as a new feature in the settings that lets you change the way dates are displayed. OnePlus 10R is also receiving a similar OxygenOS 14.0.0.500 update. There are two versions of this update; one for the Endurance version (CPH2411_14.0.0.500(EX01)) and the other for the standard model (CPH2423_14.0.0.500(EX01)). This update also includes the February 2024 Android security patch, a new option to display the screen recording indicator, and removes the background streaming feature from the Smart Sidebar.
