Motorola recently launched its Edge 50 Ultra smartphone in the Eurozone with plans to launch it in other markets such as Asia, Europe, Latin America and Oceania. Now, it looks like the brand is gearing up to launch this smartphone in the Indian market.

TheTechOutlook has spotted the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra on the Bureau of Indian Standards website, indicating that the brand is preparing to launch the smartphone in the Indian market. Edge 50 Ultra smartphone was spotted with model number XT2401-1. Although the certification does not reveal its specifications, we expect them to be similar to the European model.

Features of Motorola Edge 50 Ultra:

The European model of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has a 6.67-inch curved pOLED display with a resolution of 2712 x 1220 pixels, a 144 Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 2500 nits. The screen supports HDR10+ and has a built-in fingerprint sensor and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

It is powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor paired with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. As for the operating system, it has the Hello interface based on Android 14.

On the optics front, the phone has a 50MP primary camera sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide sensor, and a 64MP telephoto camera with 3x zoom. It has a 4500mAh battery, 125W wired and 50W wireless charging.
