Exemplary service from Tesla

After an endless stream of delays and recalls, Tesla has finally started shipping its Cybertruck to customers, but the automaker may have to delay the delivery by a few more hours to give it time to clean up all the junk that got there.

When Tesla rushed to deliver its pickups, it reportedly left dirty handprints on the protective film on the windows and trunk, as well as the stainless steel body panels:

More than two dozen Cybertruck owners have shared on social media in recent months that Tesla delivered dirty trucks to them, with users noting dirty floors and dusty interiors, as well as sticky residue and unsightly stains on exterior panels.
– says the report.

Others are posting photos of unusual white stripes on the truck’s body and a cloudy coating on the windshield that obscures visibility.

The truck’s dirty appearance is nothing new: One Cybertruck owner who spoke to the WSJ said his truck was delivered in a rather undesirable condition in April. Apparently, it won’t last the first month, and the condition of the machines depends on where you buy them.

What’s the problem

To prepare for pre-sale, Tesla is using a network of delivery centers across the U.S. Employees at these centers say: For the Cybertruck, this process is particularly laboriousespecially in conditions of understaffing. They said some pickups arrived with parts covered in dust and dirt from the factory site, where construction was underway to expand production space. The collector’s unique design makes cleaning more difficult and time-consuming, as the stainless steel surface tends to attract smudges and fingerprints easily.

Every Cybertruck is fully cleaned at least two hoursThat compares to 45 minutes for Tesla’s other best-selling model, the Y SUV.

Besides dirt, there is also garbage

But the plight of recently delivered Cybertrucks isn’t limited to a few missed car washes; some trucks have even been delivered to new owners along with scrap metal from the factory or delivery centers. Red Bull cans found in door drawersand some trucks often looked like they had been “taken for a ride before delivery.”

Frankly, this isn’t the kind of handling you’d expect from a truck starting at $100,000.

Ukrainians love reliable cars that consume little fuel. A striking example is the 2024 SUZUKI Vitara Hybrid. This car is very economical, reliable and time-tested. And most importantly, it is currently on sale at discounts of up to 86,000 UAH.
