Vivo has expanded its T3 series lineup by introducing it in India today T3 Ultra. This is the fifth phone in the series, after the T3, T3x, T3 Lite, and T3 Pro. The T3 Ultra is positioned in the upper mid-range segment and competes with phones like the OnePlus Nord 4 and Poco F6.

Vivo T3 Ultra features

The T3 Ultra is built around a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The display is claimed to reach a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits and supports HDR10+ rating for content consumption.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC, the same chipset found on the flagship Vivo V40 Pro. It is paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage with optional “extended RAM” technology.

As for the cameras, there’s a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) as well as an 8MP ultrawide sensor on the back. The phone also comes with Aura ring LED lighting as well as AI features like AI Photo Enhance and AI Erase. On the front, you’ll find a 50MP selfie shooter.

The T3 Ultra packs a powerful 5,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. In terms of software, the phone runs Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14, and the company promises two years of platform updates and three years of security updates. The phone is also IP68 rated for dust and water protection.

Price and availability

The Vivo T3 Ultra will be available for purchase via Flipkart and Vivo’s online store starting September 19 at 7 PM PT. The phone is available in two colours (Lunar Gray and Forest Green) with three storage options: 8GB RAM + 128GB storage (Rs 31,999), 8GB RAM + 256GB storage (Rs 33,999), and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage (Rs 35,999).
