The Huawei Mate 70 is the smallest in the house, but that doesn’t mean it’s a model we shouldn’t consider. The phone has a more refined design than previous generations. The front changes slightly as these two phones feature 3D ToF cameras for a better facial recognition system. However, the screen is the same as the Mate 70.

The main differences are a larger battery of 5,500 and 5,700 mAh respectively, as well as 100W fast charging systems. The Mate 70 Pro+ has more ambitious memory configurations of up to 16 GB + 1 TB.

On a photographic level, it is notable that they have a shorter telephoto lens. Although the resolution of the sensor is higher, we are talking about “only” 3.5x. Otherwise, we are talking about devices that are quite similar to each other.

It is also detailed that, according to sources, both phones feature the new Kirin 9020 chip, which is slightly superior to the Huawei Mate 70 processor. Each of these Mate models, including the 70, support IP68 and IP69 resistance.
