The Nokia 2780 Flip has a 2.7 inch TFT display and a 1.77 inch optional external display. Second, it has the ability to show the time, caller ID, and other updates. Above the secondary display is also a 5MP camera sensor paired with an LED flash. Functional flip phone features clamshell design and T9 keypad. The Nokia 2780 Flip is said to be designed to withstand all the bumps and knocks of daily use.
Internally, the Nokia 2780 Flip is powered by the Qualcomm 215 processor, which consists of a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz and an X5 LTE modem with a maximum downlink speed of 150 Mbps. It has 4GB of RAM and 512MB for uninterrupted storage. The device is powered by a removable battery with a capacity of 1450 mAh.
In terms of software, the Nokia 2780 Flip runs on KaiOS 3.1 out of the box. It offers features such as hearing aid compatibility and real-time text messaging that lets you send messages during calls. It also has Google Maps, YouTube and a web browser. The functional phone is equipped with Wi-Fi, MP3 and FM radio. The Nokia 2780 Flip costs $80 and is available in red and blue. It will go on sale in the US from November 15.
