Redmi recently launched the Redmi Note 12 series smartphones in China. The Chinese manufacturer is expected to launch one of the Redmi K60 series phones in the Chinese market by the end of this year. A K60 concept has now surfaced online, revealing that it will have an updated rear design compared to the Redmi K50 series.
Before reading, readers should be aware that the authenticity of the Redmi K60 concept render cannot be verified. So it’s unclear whether this is a fan-made render or something based on the actual device. Redmi K60 has a flat screen with a hole in the middle of the front. The bezels are a bit thicker than expected for a phone in this price range.
On the right edge of the device are the volume up button and power button, which seem to be integrated with the fingerprint scanner. On the back is a rectangular camera module with rounded edges. The first camera is followed by a larger lens and a square camera.
According to reports, the Redmi K60 will feature a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display and will be powered by the Dimensity 8200 chipset. It may include a 5,500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. On the back, the Redmi K60 will have a 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 primary camera with OIS support.
The leaked Redmi K60 specifications can compete with the iQOO Neo 7 SE, which is powered by the Dimensity 8200 chipset. The K60 series is expected to include other models such as the K60 Pro and K60 Gaming. These devices are expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipsets, respectively.
