Poco is gearing up to launch the affordable Poco C50 in India. The company has confirmed that the phone will launch in the last week of November. The Chinese OEM is also reportedly working on the successor of the Poco F4 and X4. This is not the case, an unknown Poco smartphone with model number 23049PCD8G was spotted at the EEC today, hinting that it will be launched soon.
Tipster Mukul Sharma spotted the mysterious Poco smartphone with model number 23049PCD8G on the EEC certification website. Apart from the model number, there is no information about the device yet. But that tells us the phone could be coming soon. The official name of the phone on the list is not yet known. We are not sure if it will be a budget or mid-range smartphone. More details about the unknown Poco smartphone will be revealed soon. We will keep you informed.
In related news, Poco will launch the Poco C50 in India later this month. The device is said to be a rebrand of the recently released Redmi A1+. It is likely to feature a 6.5-inch drop-shaped IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution.
It may have a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 5-megapixel front camera. The Poco C50 is expected to have an 8MP + 0.08MP dual camera setup on the back. The phone can run on a Helio A22 chip along with 2/3GB of RAM. Both variants are likely to have 32GB of internal storage. The Poco C50 can be powered by a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging. On the software front, the upcoming device may run Android 12 (Go edition).
