An announcement of the upcoming presentation of the JS6 crossover appeared on the official YouTube channel of the Russian division of JAC. Judging by the description of the video, the online premiere will take place on December 1. Then the Chinese will most likely start sales and announce prices for the new product.
The JAC JS6 crossover has already been fully released: it was presented “live” last summer at the next dealer conference of the brand. Recall that the crossover was equipped with a 1.5-liter engine for 174 forces, which is paired with six-speed gearboxes – “mechanics” and “robot” with two “wet” clutches. The drive is front only.
Now the Chinese are ready to present the novelty to the general public. We can only hope that the online presentation does not fail, as happened with the younger JAC JS4. However, since the JS6, unlike the Quartet, is not used by the Moskvich brand, the likelihood that the premiere will take place is extremely high.
Speaking of Moskvitch. The crossover JAC JS4, which received the name “Model 3” in the line of the resurrected Russian brand, has already entered the assembly line of the Moscow plant. In honor of this, the company held a press conference, where it unveiled its plans for the coming years. You can read more about this here.
