Huawei introduced the Huawei Nova 10 SE to the global market shortly after the announcement of the Huawei Nova 10 series smartphones at IFA 2022 held in Berlin. Today, the company released the poster below to confirm that the Nova 10 SE will launch in China on December 2 at 7:00 pm (local time). Huawei is expected to announce other products in December. Some of the upcoming rumors include Huawei Watch Buds (2-in-1 smartwatch with built-in TWS earphones), FreeBuds 5i and 5X Kids Watch. It is unclear if these devices will also be announced on December 2 along with the Nova 10 SE. Here is a look at the expected features of the smartphone.
Features of Huawei Nova 10 SE
Huawei Nova 10 SE has a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution on the front panel. For selfies and video calls, the device has a 16-megapixel camera. Despite its 108-megapixel primary camera and f/1.9 lens, the Nova 10 SE can only shoot 1080p video. Nearby is a 2-megapixel macro camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. The global Nova 10 SE model runs Android 12 based on EMU 12. The Chinese version will be equipped with HarmonyOS. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.
Only the Snapdragon 680 chip, which is the LTE chip, resides under the hood of the Nova 10 SE. In markets outside of China, it is available in RAM+storage variants such as 6/128GB, 8/128GB and 8/256GB RAM. The device’s 4500mAh battery supports 66W charging via USB-C. It weighs 184 grams and is only 7.39 mm thick. It is available in the global market in shades like Starry Silver, Mint Green and Starry Black.
