At the same time, 38% never experience problems starting the engine at low temperatures.

Most often motorists from Yekaterinburg suffer, where 20% of the “steersmen” several times in the winter cannot revive a frozen car. Slightly less – 17% – in Novosibirsk, Perm (16%) and Chelyabinsk (15%). At the same time, almost 60% of drivers do not insulate their cars in any way with the onset of cold weather.
