Before channel 24 told how to assemble a big power bank from batteries for car. Such a device can power an entire house for more than 10 hours. Now we will tell you how to make a small “electronic candle” that will definitely work.
What you need to prepare
In fact, we need very little:
- packing of batteries from the store (preferably in plastic wrap),
- tape or electrical tape,
- a piece of wire or a needle,
- one LED (good or several, depending on how many “candles” you want to collect).
what needs to be done
We take a pack of batteries, usually there are 4 of them and cut in the middle so that there are two batteries wrapped in plastic wrap. It is better not to remove the packaging itself, it perfectly holds the batteries in a pile, so there is no need to additionally wrap them with tape or insulating tape.
Next, we need to remove one of the batteries, turn it over and place it back in the pack next to the first battery.
The next step: you need to connect the contacts on one side of the batteries. Here you will need a small piece of wire or a needle. They must be pushed in such a way that they do not tear the package, but connect the “+” and “-” contacts.
Finally, we take the LED and fix the contacts on the other ends of the batteries so that they touch “+” and “-“.
That’s it, we have a working flashlight that can be turned off by pushing a wire or a needle and turned on by pushing it back into place.
application in practice
Of course, such an “electronic candle” will not be able to properly illuminate the room, but it will shine brightly enough for reading a book, brushing your teeth or cooking in the kitchen. If you make 2 or more such flashlights, you can light up an already small room quite well. The working resource of such a “candle” is a month.
This is a pretty quick and inexpensive lifehack to help you get through the dark nights if you just need some light.
