We have already written how to connect a router to a power bank using a voltage booster module and what we should pay attention to. The new method is similar, but easier.
To use the Internet even without electricity, first of all, you need to check whether your operator has backup power in the Internet node installed at home. If the equipment turns off with the light, the signal between it and the router will not be transmitted.
Check your router’s power settings (voltage and power).
If your internet connection is created to use two
serially connected subscriber devices, a power bank with two USB ports is required
or two power banks. In the case of using the first option, the battery capacity should not be less than the total capacity of the routers.
You will also need a special converter cable for the result. USB 5V/DC 9B (DC 5.5 millimeters) or USB 5V/DC 12B (DC 5.5 millimeters). Which cable to buy: 9 volts or 12 – depends on what voltage your subscriber device consumes. Accordingly, two routers require two cables.

And then everything is simple: remove the power supply unit from your router and connect it to the power bank with the purchased converter cable. In a few minutes the router will reboot and you will be able to use the Internet again.
