Minister Mykhailo Fedorov said that despite all the hardships of the war, experts continue to build a digital state. The goals remained unchanged, but new areas of work were added that were prioritized during the war – military services, development of military technology, Starlinks.

According to Fedorov, Diya remained the main project. During the year, 39 services were commissioned in the application and on the portal. During the war year, 6 million users joined the application. Currently Diya is used by more than 18.5 million Ukrainians and the web portal is used by about 22 million people.
Military service in Diya is also indicated. In the first weeks of full-scale warfare, the Ministry of Digital team created a chatbot eVorog, where anyone with a smartphone can share photos of enemy equipment, report on collaborators or mines. It is reported that almost half a million Ukrainians have been using the chatbot the entire time.
In addition, experts activated military bonds in practice. This is an opportunity for every Ukrainian to help the army and the country’s economy, and then receive a profitable contribution. Within a few months, users bought 215,000 bonds in Diya, worth more than 215 million hryvnia.

In 2022, the digital Ukraine experience started to attract attention abroad. An analogue of the application will be created on the basis of the Ukraine Action in Estonia, the most digital country. As stated in the Ministry, successes on the cyber front are among the most important victories. The first IT army was created in Ukraine, uniting volunteers from all over the world. Currently, the community includes more than 200,000 IT professionals who jointly combat attacks and perform various tasks in cyberspace.
On the initiative of the President, Volodymyr Zelenskyi created the UNITED24 fundraising platform. It has become a single window to collect donations from all over the world. For approximately 8 months of work via UNITED24 donated $255 million to support the army, the doctors and the rebuilding of Ukraine.
It is worth adding that the Drone Army project was created within UNITED24. It changed the course of military events and gave impetus to the development of the field of military technology. Within the Drone Army, more than 3.2 billion hryvnia has been contracted for 1,577 unmanned aerial vehicles.
