Realme GT Neo 5 has been confirmed to launch in February. Ahead of launch, two battery variants with model numbers RMX706 and RMX3708 have been approved by Chinese TENAA. But TENAA listings only showed their images. Both lists are now updated with all the main features of the phone.

Realme GT Neo 5 150W, 240W (rumored) specs

The two variants of Realme GT Neo 5 have the same features. However, the RMX3706 has a dual-cell 2425mAh (nominal) battery while the RMX3708 has a dual-cell 2225mAh (nominal) battery. The former may contain a 4,600mAh (type) dual-cell battery, while the latter may contain a 5,000mAh (type) dual-cell battery.

The RMX3706 variant is likely to be sold as the Realme GT Neo 5 150W as it is expected to support 150W charging. The RMX3708 version can be called Realme GT Neo 5 240W as it offers 240W charging. The rest of the specifications are the same for both models.

Realme GT Neo 5 will have a 6.74 inch AMOLED display with a hole in the middle. It offers a Full HD+ resolution of 2772×240 pixels and likely supports a 144Hz refresh rate. It will be equipped with an under-display fingerprint sensor for security.

The GT Neo 5 will be powered by the 3.0GHz Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, a low-clocked variant of its regular version. The device is expected to receive 8GB/12GB/16GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage. The 240W option is also listed on the 1TB model. It will be equipped with a 16-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera setup. It is said to have a Sony IMX890 primary camera with OIS. Realme UI 4.0 based Android 13 operating system will come pre-installed.

The smartphone is expected to come with other features like plastic bezel, RGB lighting and IR blaster. It measures 163.85 x 75.75 x 8.9 mm and weighs approximately 199 grams.
