Xiaomi is rolling out stable versions of its latest software to a number of devices both globally and in China. The OEM released MIUI 14 based on Android
Xiaomi is rolling out stable versions of its latest software to a number of devices both globally and in China. The OEM released MIUI 14 based on Android 13 in December, lagging behind all major smartphone manufacturers. Now, it has been announced that all eligible Xiaomi models in the first batch have successfully received the latest version of MIUI in China. An update plan for the second batch has also been released. Details are here.
According to the official release, the first batch includes Xiaomi 12S Ultra, Xiaomi 12S Pro, Xiaomi 12S, Xiaomi 12 Pro, Xiaomi 12 Pro Dimensity Edition, Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi MIX Fold 2, Redmi K50 Pro, Redmi K50, Redmi K50 Extreme. Edition is Redmi K50 Gaming Edition. Notably, some of these devices have also received the MIUI 14 update outside of China.
As mentioned, Xiaomi has also announced an official MIUI 14 release plan for a second set of eligible devices. Distribution will begin at the end of March 2023. A list of smartphones is added below:
Please note that the upgrade plan is for China. The company may release the Android 13 update for global models at the same time, but we have no confirmation on this.
