The Xiaomi 13 series has been on sale in China for a while, but the Chinese brand is now launching it in the rest of the world, or at least in Europe and more parts of Asia. The company announced this at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, ​​with the United States most likely falling behind, partly due to trade measures between the two countries. The Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro are the brand’s new flagships. What is striking is that this time they are equipped with a camera system from Leica, the first of the brand. Furthermore, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chips are also on board. They support WiFi 7 and are equipped with a fast charging system. The battery with 4,500 mAh (or 4,820 mAh for the Pro) should last a whole day. The devices come in three versions: 13, 13 Pro and 13 Lite. The big difference between the three lies in the cameras, in addition to the price. For example, the Pro gets a dedicated 1-inch sensor, while the Lite replaces the Leica cameras with a standard set of cameras. The devices will be launched in Belgium from March 13 through Xiaomi’s official channels. For the Xiaomi 13 Pro you then pay 1,299 euros for 12 GB + 256 GB memory. The Xiaomi 13 comes standard with 8 + 256 GB storage, for 999 euros. Expect to pay 499 euros for the Lite (8 + 128GB storage space).
